Payment & Timing

All work is prepaid on a monthly basis and commences upon receipt of payment.
Invoices for ongoing SEO work are issued on the 30th of the preceding month, with work performed across the calendar month.
Prepaid amounts are non-refundable once work has commenced.
All prices are exclusive of GST. GST will be added to invoices as applicable.
Where payment is not received, work will be suspended until payment is made.

Requests to amend or pause the account must be submitted by email no later than the 25th of any month and will take effect the following month.
Either party may terminate the engagement by providing notice by the 25th of any month, effective the following month. The current prepaid month remains payable in full.
A minimum engagement of three months is recommended for SEO work to deliver meaningful results, as outcomes accrue over time. No commitment is required beyond the current prepaid month.

The SEO package includes ongoing access to general consulting and advice relating to SEO, content, AI and business operations. More in-depth consulting or implementation may be quoted separately where required.
A monthly catch-up call will be scheduled in the first week of each new calendar month, commencing from Month 2, to review progress and plan upcoming work.
A monthly report will be provided alongside the catch-up call, ensuring the client is kept fully informed of the work conducted.

The client is responsible for providing timely access to all relevant accounts and platforms (including Google Search Console, Google Analytics, CMS and hosting) and for providing prompt approvals on content and changes. Timelines assume reasonable client responsiveness; delays in access or approvals may affect delivery schedules.
Any third-party costs (including premium plugins, paid tools, stock assets and advertising spend) are billed separately or passed through at cost, and will be communicated prior to being incurred.

SEO results depend on factors outside the provider's control, including search engine algorithms which are subject to change. No specific rankings, traffic levels or revenue outcomes are guaranteed. All work is performed in accordance with current best practice.

All deliverables and work produced become the property of the client upon payment of the relevant invoice in full.
Rates may be adjusted at any time with a minimum of 14 days' written notice.
